These rates apply for the entire Main Lodge at the Sohum Mountain Ranch and include about 7,5000 sq. feet of living space, with 7 bedrooms all of which have en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room with cathedral ceilings & a spectacular 30 foot fireplace, a formal dining room that seats 16, 2 dream kitchens with commercial grade appliances and another eat-in dining table for 6, a bar area, a guest half bath, and a loft on the third level with 6 additional beds and a smart TV. All bedrooms come stocked with complimentary high end amenities like shampoos, bath soaps, body lotions, hair dryers, and towels.

The River house apartment is a luxurious and newly renovated space covering 1,600 square feet that has two big bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, a high end kitchen and living area with a fire place, a separate dining room with another fireplace and free wifi and work space! Enjoy the 44" smart tv for your favorite sports or enjoy some s'mores and board games in front of the cozy fire places! the Master bedroom has a king bed and double bed to easily sleep four guests. The second bedroom has two double beds that can also sleep a total of 4 guests. The living room also has a queen size sofa bed that can sleep 2.
