All packages include a complimentary champagne toast for the new couple covering up to 20 people plus a special spa session at the Pagosa Springs Spa & Resort.

Outdoor events can accommodate up to 500 people. During this period when we are taking additional precautions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following the Colorado state guidelines that currently restrict outdoor events to 75 guests. Stay tuned for frequent updates here as guidelines change. We want to  encourage a safe and responsible celebration and suggest that big groups arrange for buses or shuttles to transfer all guests between venues and prevent driving hazards under the influence. Local companies provide airport transfers and also arrange for events via cabs or shuttle services, so you can have the peace of mind that guests are having a good time.

A flat Resort fee of $3000 will be charged for renting the venue for a 4 hour event. This fee will be waived for groups staying at the Main Lodge and hosting a special event or a wedding for less than 20 people.

We recommend reserving the venue at least 6 months ahead to guarantee timely arrangement of catering, and guest accommodations as June- October are high season wedding/special event months.
